In order for us to make your new lenses, we will need to get a copy of the prescription from your most recent eye exam.

Note: We have a working relationship with several eye doctor practices (such as Sugar House Vision) and we will contact them first to see if they have a valid eyeglass prescription for you on file. If that is the case, our optician will notify you that we already have your prescription.

To make this process as simple as possible for you, our optician will reach out to you via email to get the prescription information. Please be on the lookout for an email from our optician within 24 hours. Please be aware, we cannot start processing your lenses until we get the prescription.

If you want to speed up the process, you can submit your prescription to us now in one of several ways (please be sure the name on the prescription matches the name on the eyeglass order:
